Why is my order still marked as processing?
Orders may appear as processing due to system update delays. All orders are printed and shipped within 4 days at the latest.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
Shipment delays can occur due to courier package collections. We strive to print and pack all orders within 2-3 days of confirmation.
Where are my tracking details?
Tracking details are automatically sent to the email used at checkout. Please check your junk or spam folders.

Why isn't my tracking number updating?
Tracking numbers can take up to 48 hours to update. Contact us if there's an extended delay.
Shipping/Delivery Issues & Delays
Most inventory is made to order, which can extend shipping times. Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The quickest way to resolve delivery issues & delays is for you to contact the courier via the tracking page for assistance as we only have access to the same tracking information as you. My order arrived stained or damaged
Email us at shop@legacyracing.co within 30 days with your order number and photo evidence. Once approved, we will send a free replacement.
